Structured personnel development process
Employing the right employee with the right qualifications in the right job at the right time is profitable both for the employee and for us as a company. To ensure this, we attach great importance to structured personnel development. Some of the cornerstones are:
We take a lot of time for your induction. In addition to gaining an insight into your own department, this also includes working in upstream and downstream departments. As well as introductory events to get to know the entire group of companies.
Twice a year, a confidential exchange takes place between employees and managers. The employee’s individual qualification requirements are also discussed.
Once a year, we hold development conferences with managers to discuss the talent in the individual departments and define personnel development plans.
For our high-potential employees, we offer an internal development program for specialist, management and project management careers. Our participants receive very close support from the management and are given the opportunity to develop professionally and personally. A stay abroad at one of our subsidiaries is also planned.
We have established guidelines to support further training measures such as technician, master craftsman, business administrator, etc. In it, we regulate the requirements and the nature of the possible financial and/or time support.
